The presentation will examine the tasks assigned exclusively to the BKA in the WaffG under the weapons classification law according to § 2 Abs. 5 WaffG and The German Government has not yet submitted any evidence that the German authorities have been able to establish that the aid is compatible with the common market  § 40 Abs. 4 WaffG for the handling of prohibited weapons.
