As IWA OutdoorClassics is purely a trade fair, the sale of exhibition goods at the stand is not permitted. This particularly applies to guns and ammunition, and cut and thrust weapons.
Please note that NürnbergMesse GmbH can impose a contract penalty on the exhibitor or newcomer for each case of contravention. The contract penalty amounts to 20% of the net stand rental, subject to a minimum of EUR 2,000. In addition, NürnbergMesse GmbH shall reserve the right to bar an exhibitor or newcomer who has caused a disruption due to the premature dismantling of a stand from the next event.
FAQ for visitors
Admission requirements
Admission requirements
IWA OutdoorClassics requires individual unique email addresses for visitors and media representatives.
The reasons for this are:
- All attendees will be able to receive information and communications about IWA OutdoorClassics.
- The use of unique email addresses will help us in identifying non-qualified visitors.
- In this way, we can ensure that all exhibitors and visitors receive all the information they need, and that IWA OutdoorClassics remains a trade fair with qualified attendees.
Unfortunately, the exhibition is not open to the public on any day. IWA OutdoorClassics is a pure trade fair, to which only trade visitors from the corresponding industries are admitted. This enables us to secure the quality of the offer for visitors and exhibitors.
Read more about this in the section on admission requirements and proof of eligibility.
