Our knives combine the Solingen art of sharpening with modern production techniques and thus offer exceptional sharpness, durability and a unique cutting experience. The handles are made from selected woods or hard-wearing plastic, while the knife steel is made from either carbon steel or stainless chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel, depending on the requirements.
