RWS is heralding a new era with the innovative DRIVEN HUNT cartridge. The lead-free copper deformation bullet was specially designed for shooting at short and ultra-short distances, such as driven hunts, tracking or night hunting. Its special bullet design with the distinctive round bullet tip ensures immediate mushrooming and high instantaneous impact. The deep hollow point enables a maximum (up to 2.5 times over the first 50 metres) increase in cross-section and therefore a high energy output. Due to the special manufacturing process, rejects occur regularly, even over the shortest distances. This makes the bullet particularly suitable for use in tracking or night hunting. What’s more, the bullet is nickel-plated, which is especially gentle on the barrel.
