Adler Werkzeug is a family business in its fourth generation. It was founded in 1919 by Josef Schmitt as a small village smithy in Wiesental.

Today, Tobias Schmitt, Josef's great-grandson, is the fourth generation to run the company. In over 100 years, the small village smithy has developed into an international specialist for forged forestry tools and garden equipment.

In addition to axes and hatchets, the Adler range also includes garden hoes in many variants, as well as the appropriate accessories and spare parts. All manufactured here in Germany.
