ITAR & BIS Exporting of Firearms, Night-Vision, Silencers & Accessories from the United States

"Major changes to US Export controls happened in March of 2020, where the majority of non-automatic firearms, ammunition, and firearm accessories went from the very strict regulations of US Department of State's International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) to the more permissive US Department of Commerce's, Commerce Control List (CCL). 

This presentation will discuss what firearms and accessories remain tightly regulated under ITAR, and what have been transferred to the CCL; and how they can be exported to Germany."
