Is it a steak? Is it not a steak? We cut a juicy beef steak into pieces, to make eating it out of a pouch a mess-free activity for you. Imagine us being your mother, cutting your meal into small bites. We used the meat of young bulls, which is tender and lean. Then we marinated it overnight with oil and thyme, before roasting it in the oven. Thanks to our sterilisation technique, the meat is durable while also staying so perfectly roasted, that it simply falls apart in your mouth. Your taste buds will be very happy with you. And for all you lightweight trekking enthusiasts out there: The whole meal only weighs 200g!
