NITRO-B stainless steel by Buderus Edelstahl Band (Germany). It is a nitrogen steel with high hardness (60-61 HRC), special to manufacture knives, blades and cutting tools and with a superior chopping power and edge retention. It is also very rust resistant.

Knife generously sized to be used with work gloves too. It features 3D machined G10 handle for a powerful and strong grip.

This knife is built with the Lion Steel IKBS ball-bearing pivot system that assures extremely high-speed opening/closing and smooth operation. IKBS system is based on two bearings positioned on both sides of the blade that improve its mechanical sliding motion.

A.E. Coltellerie is an Italian specialist company that has been working for over three generations in the most common industrial sector in the Maniago area (Pordenone) which has been producing blades, knives and other cutting instruments since medieval times. The present range of clasp knives includes a variety of blades for use in agriculture (bill hooked and grafting knives), fishing, sailing and industry (electricians’ knives) and has recently expanded to also provide a specially designed series of models known as Antonini SOS for use in rescue situations (already in use by special Fire Brigade, Civil Defence and Red Cross corps).
