Assembly (Exhibitors with own stand construction):
Monday, 1 March 2027: 07:00 – 22:00
Tuesday, 2 March 2027: 07:00 – 22:00
Wednesday, 3 March 2027: 07:00 – 20:00
Assembly (Exhibitors with rental exhibition stand):
Tuesday, 2 March 2027: 07:00 – 22:00

Dismantling
Sunday, 7 March 2027: 16:00 – 24:00
Monday, 8 March 2027: 00:00 – 24:00
Tuesday, 9 March 2027: 00:00 – 24:00
The organizer will be entitled to use for another purpose any exhibition areas on which assembly has not yet begun by 15:00 of the last assembly day, Wednesday, 3 March 2027. In this case, the organizer will have the right to charge the resulting costs to the exhibitor.
In addition to Item 11 of the General Terms of Participation for Trade Fairs and Exhibitions, the following applies: The construction of exhibition stands must be completed by Wednesday, 3 March 2027 at 20:00. Extended assembly is only possible in justified exceptional cases and with the written approval of the organiser. The extended assembly costs EUR 350 per hour.
Access to the halls during the periods for assembly and dismantling is only possible with special passes. Please note that these passes are invalid outside the specified periods.
Important notice: Please note that smoking is generally prohibited in the entire exhibition halls. Smoking is only permitted in specially marked areas.

Advanced assembly
Advanced assembly can be booked for booths larger than 100 m². This can be done via the Online ExhibitorShop in the exhibitor area.
