Mercury, Continuity within the tradition.

Mercury, while using new manufacturing technologies, refines its knives by hand inside its premises in Maniago (set in “Friuli Venezia Giulia” region – Italy). Maniago boasts an age-old tradition in knife making and bases its roots in the period of the “Venetian Republic”.

Mercury was founded in 1950 and supports the continuity of tradition and quality. All the production process is followed step by step and constantly under control (from the entry of the row material to the construction of the final product) in order to achieve the prime target: the Customer’s satisfaction.
