IWA OutdoorClassics: Exhibitors' frequently asked questions

No, there is no minimum size for stands at IWA OutdoorClassics, but the minimum stand rental is EUR 2,240.

When you make a binding application to be an exhibitor, you will receive our marketing services, which include the following:

• Entry in the printed exhibition catalogue
• Entry in the online exhibitor directory
• Entry in the exhibition companion
• Basic advertising package (admission vouchers, visitor brochures, stickers)
• Press releases displayed in the press centre
• Online advertising banners

The Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) charges a fee of EUR 0.60 per square metre of exhibition space for the representation of your interests.

NürnbergMesse GmbH collects the corresponding amount to forward it to the AUMA.

As IWA OutdoorClassics is purely a trade fair, handing over or selling exhibits is not allowed. This particularly applies to guns and ammunition, and cut and thrust weapons.

Design and rent your complete stand really easily online using our exhibition stand configurator. A complete stand is the cost-effective alternative to an individual stand. The smart modular system provides a lot of scope for your design ideas and offers you simple complete solutions.

We ask for your understanding that no partially or full dismantling of a stand and products is possible before the official end of IWA OutdoorClassics. The stand staff may also not be removed before the end of the exhibition. It is for the benefit of all the exhibitors that the exhibition runs free of disruption for its entire duration.

Please note that NürnbergMesse GmbH will charge a fee of min. EUR 2000 in the event of a contravention of this. In addition, NürnbergMesse GmbH shall reserve the right to bar an exhibitor who has caused a disruption due to the premature dismantling of a stand from the next event.

Persons under 18 years of age are not admitted to the exhibition. Admission may be granted to a person above the age of 16 years in exceptional justified cases. An exceptional case only exists if such a person is employed by a trade visitor entitled to visit the exhibition, which must be proved. Admission is only possible if accompanied by an adult. Students of gunsmith colleges who are above the age of 16 years are admitted if accompanied by a teacher.

The HUBANA – Hunting Experience Days will be held for consumers. The event will take place from 25 to 27 June 2021 at castle Lembeck. Further information will be available shortly.

Due to the strong demand from exhibitors and visitors the days have changed to Thursday until Sunday for IWA OutdoorClassics 2022.

If you still have a credit balance from 2020, it will be possible to transfer this to 2022.

Generally speaking, stand construction and products can be stored with our ServicePartner DB Schenker. The exhibitor must pay the costs for possible storage until the IWA OutdoorClassics 2022; they will not be paid by NürnbergMesse.

The hall planning for the IWA OutdoorClassics 2022 will begin as usual after the end of the registration period (11.06.2021). Please be sure to tell us in your registration if you wish to book your placement from 2020 or 2021 again. Placement wishes expressed in the registration will be accommodated wherever possible.
