We regret to inform you that there will be all-day strikes in public transport (bus, underground, tram) in the area of Nuremberg on Friday, 3.3.2023.

Air and train traffic (Deutsche Bahn/S-Bahn) are not affected. The strike will last from the start of the service at 4 a.m. until 4 a.m. on Saturday morning. Of course, we would like to help you get to the Exhibition Centre as quickly as possible.

The service of underground, tram and bus lines will run again on Saturday, 4.3.2023.

We have prepared the following solutions for your arrival and departure on Friday, 3.3.2023:

Our IWA bus shuttle will run from the start of the exhibition until the end of the exhibition. Stations are:

  • Nuremberg main railway station - Exhibition grounds (Entrance "Mitte") - Nuremberg main railway station || Travel times: Shuttle service from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. (last departure Messegelände/NCC Mitte) // reduced shuttle service until 2:30 a.m.
  • Nuremberg Airport - Exhibition grounds || Departure times: 8:30 a.m., 11:15 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:00 p.m. After this time, there is no further service to the airport.
  • Train station "FRANKENSTADION" - Exhibition grounds || Travel times: Shuttle service from between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. After that, the stop "FRANKENSTADION" is no longer served.

We regret the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the strike situation.
