The international airsoft fan community has found a fixed place for testing & networking at the IWA OutdoorClassics with the Airsoft Shooting Range. With your participation, you can once again offer visitors the chance to experience the handling and aiming accuracy of your products for themselves and receiving first-hand tips and tricks from you. In addition, as an exhibitor you will directly receive valuable feedback from your visitors about your products.

This is what we offer in the Package:

Exclusive use of a shooting range with your branding. Targets and weapons provided by you and installed if necessary.
Networking area to get into conversation with interested visitors.
Supervision of the area by a hostess as central contact point for exhibitors and visitors and for a smooth process.
Posting of the shooting range regulations.
Coordination of the inspection date by the public order office.
Communication of the special show in print and online, before/during and after the event: presentation in the printed trade show guide (laid out for every visitor), online on the IWA OutdoorClassics homepage, via social media channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram or Facebook and through press releases.

Conditions of Participation

_{NürnbergMesse will provide each participant with a shooting range for the duration of the exhibition (including stand construction, electricity, light). The handover of the stand will take place on the last set-up day from 4 pm. The participant is the operator of this shooting range and takes care of trained personnel, weapons, ammunition, targets and goggles. Any fees for the approval of the City of Nuremberg will be covered by NürnbergMesse. The applications will be considered in the order of their receipt. Limited numbers of participants result from the respective available stand capacities. A legal right to participate does not result from this. The participant guarantees the safety of visitors as a shooting range operator and undertakes to take out a liability insurance with an appropriate coverage. He releases NürnbergMesse GmbH in respect of any claims of third parties in connection with the operation of the Airsoft Shooting Range. In addition, the shooting regulations, the Special and General Conditions for Participation in Fairs and Exhibitions (www.iwa.info/regulations), including the privacy statement of NürnbergMesse (https://www.iwa.info/en/data-protection) apply in particular. By registering for the participation in the Airsoft Shooting Area, the participant recognizes the above mentioned guidelines and conditions in all respects and in particular to ensure compliance with the shooting standards.}
