Reinventing Retail – Omnichannel made easy
The stationary trade concerns us all. Whether as buyer or seller, whether as specialist dealer or service provider. And while e-commerce and Pure Player are still on the advance, there is only one way for the retail trade: to beat the seemingly overpowering opponent with your own weapons and to use the online channel professionally in addition to your competences at the PoS. For the individual shop operator, the biggest hurdles were a lack of IT competence and financial strength. It would be good to have a full-service industry solution that is neither expensive nor time-consuming for the retailer to integrate. From the customer's point of view, the touch points of the specialist trade should form an organic whole. The end customer could benefit from the advantages that he also has with the large e-commerce players only with personal service and specialist advice on site. In order to keep up as a stationary specialist retailer in the battle of channels, an overall solution is needed.
