One of our latest inventions is annealing machine for elongated cup, that allows a better forming operation on next stages of case forming.
The following machine uses induction coil as a heating element, what allows to control the quality of annealing for each piece.
The induction coil is designed taking into consideration the size of your sample.
Entire induction heating system consist of coil, heating generator and chiller, which are also ranged in power and can be fit for your needs.
The basic capacity of the machine is 120 pcs/min.
The machine can be modified for different calibers, on the client request.
For assemblance we are using only high-quality parts from such brands as: FESTO; LENZE; EFD; SKF.

Vladcom Ltd. have in possession the line for manufacturing .223 Rem cases.

The maximum capacity of the plant is 40 million p/ annually. The projected amount is 20-30 million p./annually.
