UNIS "GINEX" d.d. Goražde is company registered for production and trade of chemicals, igniting and initiating means. The company has been established and started its production in 1951. It is world known manufacturer of initial means for military and civil (commercial) use.

Ownership structure of the company is as follows:

• 51% state owned shares
• 49% public registered shares

At the moment UNIS "GINEX" d.d. Goražde has around 600 employees, including highly educated experts of various profiles, and this number is continuously increasing.

UNIS "GINEX" d.d. Goražde is export-orientated company. More than 80% of production is intended for export.

We successfully export to the following countries: Hungary, Turkey, Croatia, Slovakia, Greece, Germany, Malaysia, USA, Czech Republic, Italy, Egypt, Serbia, Monte Negro, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Ukraine, Chile, Israel, Singapore, Austria, United Arab Emirates, Romania, Ecuador, Great Britain, Belgium.

UNIS "GINEX" d.d. Goražde has its own development center and production workshops, what enables us to offer complete "KNOW-HOW" in realization of projects, including education of personnel, supplying and installation of equipment with production of first lot and performance proving.

Up to date UNIS "GINEX" d.d. Goražde has transferred its "KNOW-HOW" to the following countries:

1. Egypt - production of initiators
2. India - production and processing of explosives and production of electric primers and electric detonators
3. Germany - production of blasting caps and electric detonators
