This collection is made from the finest selection of leather hides. Each is fully-dyed through using natural drum dyeing and finishing processes to give that special look and feel. This grade of leather has been used for over a century, having been developed in the English saddlery and bespoke shoe trades, ensuring it performs beautifully as well as being aesthetically pleasing.

The Byland Leather collection has vegetable-tanned bridle leather straps and trims along with solid brass buckles and carries hand-stitched detail throughout. Byland Leather is available in Dark Havana, Oxblood or London Tan.

Our leather loaders bag is designed to enable quick loading and has a capacity of 150 cartridges plus 15 pairs mounted on the front. The hinged speed load opening allows for easy access. It has a 2" wide cotton webbing shoulder sling for comfort and there is a full suede lining.

Croots: a new name for a company with a long-standing reputation for quality and craftsmanship

You probably already know us as AC Supplies, because under that name, over the past 30 years, we have been making authentic canvas and leather shooting bags and other leisure accessories in our North Yorkshire workshops.

During this time, our reputation has gone from strength to strength but now, as we embark on a new decade, we are renaming our exclusive range of products, all still handmade in England, to make them easily identifiable to our customers.

The new name is Croots England –a name which we believe embodies our values of traditional, English, handmade craftsmanship.

In addition to our exclusive handmade ranges, we will continue to supply economy gunslips, bags, shooting vests, pigeon decoy equipment and a whole range of shooting accessories to suit your every need. These will be sold through our AC brand.

There is growing interest in our authentic English products and the aim is to continually develop Croots’ handmade ranges to cater for future demand.
