The Slick Handcuff TACO is a hard-sided TACO created to provide the smoothest, quickest deployment of a tourniquet while also providing a streamlined look. Comp-Tac uses aircraft-grade material which has a smooth inside finish, is resistant to sweat and solvents. This pouch fits both chained and hinged cuffs, including ASPs.
