The U.S. manufacturer Trijicon is currently one of the world's most successful optics producers, especially when it comes to robustness - i.e. sights that can withstand tough use. For a long time now, the company has not only been addressing the military, but has also been developing comprehensive products for sport shooters and the hunting scene.
Forty years ago, a Ford Motor Company engineer named Glyn Bindon set out to turn his passion for optics into a brand called Trijicon. From his inventiveness came the Bindon Aiming Concept, the legendary ACOG and other products such as the Bright & Tough Night Sights, RMR Red Dot Sights or scopes under the name VCOG, AccuPoint and numerous other optics. Today, Trijicon is one of the most successful US optics brands with over one million ACOGs sold.
Precision and marksmanship are characteristics that go hand in hand with Trijicon like with hardly any other US brand. Ferkinghoff International - as importer of successful US brands - represents Trijiocn in Germany and Austria.
