Founded in 1902 by Blaise DOZORME, called "The Wolf", the Claude DOZORME Brand is the signature of a long family tradition in knive’s manufacturing world, based on passion for luxurious craftmanship. It proposes very high-end knives, in the worlds of Table, Kitchen, Outdoor with pocket folding knives but also of the Cellar with sommeliers and champagne sabers.
Always settled in Thiers, the French capital of cutlery with its 6 centuries of know-how, the Claude DOZORME Manufacture combines French know-how and craftmanship to produce original and daring knives. It has always placed innovation at its heart, thus becoming a real pionner both for its range of products and manufacturing techniques. Even though the new products are strongly influenced by new technologies and the blueprint style, respect for traditions and the Master Cutler's know how remains.
After a rigorous selection of the best materials and with a complete and modern industrial tool (laser cutting and digitally controlled grinding), all the parts are made and assembled in the workshops of the master cutler, guaranteeing a 100% French manufacturing. Multiple steps, carried out by experienced women and men, make it possible to produce knives with an irreproachable finish and quality.
Rewarded for its expertise, the company has received the prestigious French label "Company of the French living heritage" by the French Government.
To sell its products, Claude DOZORME relies on a network of specialized retailers and Dept stores in around fifty countries.
