BAF MACHINE

Cup Press is a vertical dual action press that converts metal bars into metal cups.There are double nested eccentrics in the press which make dual actions possible in
every other stroke. Additionally, there is a slide system which is assigned to keep the accuracy steady when working at the maximum performance.

Case Processing Machine has complete automatic system as well as having a PLC
panel. It is designed to arrange the primed cartridge cases which were fired heretofore
in order to be reloaded. It’s got the ability of sizing the cases, removing fired primers
and swaging crimp from the primer pocket as well as ejecting berdan primed cases.

FMJ TRANSFER PRESS
A vertical H type press that assembles FMJ cups, Lead cores and other related pieces. 
Each component transferred from a station to another by grippers mounted on the trasnfer slide.
Additionaly, there are specials sensors programmed to detected missing components.
In case of any faulty situation, machine stops as soon as the detection in order to prevelent possible damages.

LEAD CORE PRESS
It is a single station horizontal press that used to shape lead wire into lead cores for
the FMJ or plated bullet production. Molds in this specific press could be adjusted
according to caliber measures. Apart from loading the lead wire into the unit, it works
fully automatic including the lubrication system.
MELTING POT
It is a unit that is used to melt lead ingots in order to produce lead billets. It’s got
multiple choice of power supply such as electricity, fuel oil and natural gas. It is
controlled by a PLC panel. It is also considered as the best option for recycling lead
scrap deriving from the lead core press and faulty lead cores.
 
LEAD WIRE EXTRUDER
This is a type of horizontal hydraulic press machine that converts cylindrical billets
into a lead wire. As it has a complete automatic machinery system, the winding and
extrusion stages run simultaneously via a special sensor on the wire winder.
