BARREL BLOCK

Very peculiar weapon in our already peculiar production: “weapon of the year 2010”. It stood out in the first Italian long range or F-Class open shooting championship.

Its characteristic consists in matching stock and mechanics, no more through bedding, but through a mechanic clamp directly in the chamber area. During the stock manufacture a bed is totally created from it, machined from solid from a 32 kg aluminum block, in order to get 2 stocks of 3,4 kg each. Thus we’re talking about a monolithic structure and not of an added part like some custom products. The bed is then secured in the upper part by a cap sealed with 8 screws tightened with an 8 N torque for a total of 64 N tightening power.

Like the barrel, also this system allows a complete floating action, avoiding all the possible tensions due to an incorrect tightening. The stock can be made in any available color through anodizing process: light grey, anthracite grey, black, army green (all of them are quite scratch resistant), electric blue (our strong suit), red, bright green or bronze (see examples aside).

Its mechanics is made up of a typical two locking-lugs bolt, which is placed in a 17/4 ph steel chassis (this kind of steel is highly resistant to torque and cut). Available in single-shot version only, in order to keep its floating mechanics.

The shooting potential of this weapon is extremely easy to perform, thanks to floating mechanics, which is very flexible on the vibrations of reload and totally resistant to temperature changes. The same stock set-up, specifically conceived for shooting, is of great help: : a 76 mm width forend, windage adjustable cheepiece, and length, height and rotation adjustable buttpad.

We use Jewell BR (doubtless quality pack) as a trigger. The barrels we use are all best choice quality between Border,Pac Nor or Broughton trademarks. According to the caliber needed by customers, BCM can give advise for the best supplier in that particular chambering.

Extreme M.A.A.R. Modular Advanced Aluminum Rifle

This is the last evolution of our Extreme: its mechanics is comes from by the Extreme Synthetic T.D. (strictly single shot, machined from solid in 17/4 ph, with three locking lugs bolt and a shell-holder head with the same fluted light barrel and the muzzlebrake wid sided ports.

The substantial difference is in the aluminum stock, always with take down buttstock, but in this case it is extremely light (it’s a bigger version of our M.A.A.R. and it’s keeping the same name too). Besides being take down, its peculiarities are: AICS buttplates, adjustable in all directions, rearpod, included in the production model also with Harris rotating bipod as well as NVD front rail , which gives it an even more aggressive line.

HUNTER FIELD

Born from the version for hunting stylecompetitions, thus with weight limits and muzzle diameter. This version can be assembled according to the client’s needs, also for hunting.  Its mechanics is made up of a typical 2 lugs bolt , which is placed in a 17/4 ph steel chassis (this kind of steel is highly resistant to torque and cut). Available both in single shot and with magazine version, according to the calibers. If you prefer we may arrange also the same rifle with Remington 700 action. The finishing can be, according to tastes and needs: polished, glazed or painted with Gunkote.

We can use our production’s and Mc Millan stocks, always according to the client’s needs. In order to decrease weight, we can provide them with Ergal rings with ring base and inferior integral half ring, which are very strong and very light. We use Jewell BR (doubtless quality pack) as a trigger. For hunters we could also provide it with a HVRS pack, which has a lower safety.The barrels we use are all best choice quality between Border, Pac Nor or Broughton trade marks. M.A.A.R. Modular Advanced Aluminum Rifle

Our proven 17/4 ph with a two locking-lugs bolt, this time is applied to a stock of our conception and realization. The stocks is being made with a completely modular concept and it is made up of 3 main sections: the buttstock (if necessary also in folding or take down version), the chassis of the action and the forend. All these components are interchangeable, in order to be able to set up the same mechanics for different needs: in fact, if we don’t change the central chassis, either the stock for the sniper shooting (i.e. without the help of any rest) or the one with tubolar holder for F-Class competitions will be assembled.

 As well we can assemble the light forend to be used with a bipod, or that 76 mm wide for a steady backing on the rest. So the chassis can be available both for our single shot action or repeating actions, which, in this case are equipped with an AICS magazine. The whole is completed by an AR15 handgrip of T.D.I. Arms and by an Accuracy International buttplates. It is prearranged for swivel attachment and bipod.

T.M.R. Tactical Medium Rifle

Specific gun for tactical use, still keeping the same mechanics 17/4 ph of our weapons. We use the same precision we match with the well known Accuracy International stock, both non-folding and folding: it’s ergonomic, strong and with a wide choice of accessories. Bipods (both original or Harris), rearpod, adjustable buttpad, NVD rail are available. You may have it in 3 colors: green, black and tan.
