A modern proposal aiming to better understand the needs of today’s hunter. Evolution offers a new, manual cocking system that is the best available for this category. The manual cocking system is ergonomic, silent and intuitive, conferring better comfort and safety. Evolution introduces a new and innovative trigger mechanism made from a single, solid steel block. The trigger can work flawlessly thanks to the use of steel bearing balls and pistons, instead of the more traditional sears, making it more precise, softer and safer to use.

Evolution also introduces a new, removable magazine that comes in 3 different models, to better adapt to all the calibers on offer. The magazine also contributes to the improved smooth feeding. Evolution provides a sliding fluidity of the bolt action and a mechanical softness that are both state-of-the-art. The rifle Evolution is unique as far as smooth operation, safety, practical use and user-friendliness are concerned. The best manufacturing quality is guaranteed since 100% of its components is made from steel parts produced employing the most modern CNC machines. Thanks to this production process, the recoil-lug is directly integrated with the main body. Evolution is available also in left handed version.

The creation of the over-and-under Zoli Kronos is the result of both extensive research and refinement, on behalf of our passionate and expert technicians. The Zoli Kronos has set new standards in terms of performance, reliability, comfort, ergonomics and style. The Kronos is recognised as a gun with a combination of dynamic and ballistics skills which integrate perfectly together.

The Kronos is fitted with a monoblock action made of forged stainless steel, with a detachable trigger group, Boss-type lock and a fully interchangeable stock. Its balanced design means that the Kronos is comfortable to hold, shoot and control with ease. It also boasts great ballistics, a widely recognised feature of all Zoli guns – ensuring state-of-the-art performance.

Zoli has been manufacturing barrels in-house for more than 50 years, and this component has always been considered key to ensure the best ballistics in a gun. We can proudly say that our barrels do not just offer the best ballistics, but also manage to combine it with the best comfort, which means high performance, low recoil: a winning combination!

The Zoli Kronos is the outcome of many factors coming together; high quality materials, rigorous production cycles, expert staff, tight tolerances and crucially: in-house barrel production.

The Zoli Kronos is available in Trap, Sporting, Skeet and Elica models. The receiver can be finished in silver or black (hot blued) and is made only in 12 gauge with a choice of 28”, 30” or 32” barrels.

The Zoli Pernice reflects the classic tradition of game guns, with exquisite scroll engraving – totally finished by hand and signed by the famous Bottega incisioni. Uniquely, the Pernice is a true round body model, with a fully rounded frame, machined from a monolithic forged steel alloy with a Zoli removable trigger group. All trigger parts are titanium nitrate treated for maximum corrosion resistance, while main springs are coated with a self-lubricating material to preserve their strength over time.

As standard with Zoli guns, the Pernice features silver soldered barrels and is equipped with a top solid Churchill rib. The stock is crafted from a fine Turkish Walnut with fine hand checkering and is hand finished in a luxe oil.

The Pernice is available in12, 20, 28 and .410 ga. and can be equipped with an extra set of barrels upon request.

Pernice Engraving

The engraving creation for the Pernice, a true round body Boss action over and under shotgun, was born from a collaboration between Zoli and Bottega Incisioni, the world renowned engraving studio with a 60-year history of engraving the finest guns in existence. Bottega Incisioni has earned international acclaim for their exquisitely unique designs and ability. Each Pernice action is signed "Bottega Incisioni" as a mark of authenticity.

The new Zoli Pernice presented unique challenges for the engraving design as it is the first Boss style action to be truly rounded on all 4 sides in a flowing synchronous form. There are no flat sides. The action seems to grow organically from the long, slender barrels rearward into the graceful lines Prince of Wales stock. It looks and handles like a strong and graceful arm extended to the horizon.

The engraving pattern required a unique approach so as to enhance the natural flow of the action body. Bottega Incisioni created an exceptional design which enhances the slender rounded features and allows the layout to be done mechanically, thus giving the hand engravers plenty of time to apply liberal use by hand of the hammer and chisel. The design uses low relief, high contrast scroll created from intertwined Acanthus Spinosus leaves – a leaf with deepveins. Acanthus scroll is often found in Grecian architecture (and the English countryside). Its floral motives draw the eye to the flowing lines of the Pernice.

The carved surface of the low relief engraving on the Pernice is deeply hand shaded to enhance contrast and color. The leaves are shaded to create volume and flow. The artist’s vision allowed the engraving of the leaves to flow like vines and be the living connection intertwining the barrels through the rounded action and growing into the stock.

The new range of Express rifles called Focus is characterised by a specially reinforced action which incorporates the top and bottom tangs together with the rear post machined in one piece from a solid block of forged alloy ** steel. The action houses the detachable trigger plate on which is mounted the whole firing mechanism. This sophisticated solution ensures a particularly strong structure and eliminates the distortion usually undergone by both the trigger plate and the firing mechanism when attaching to the stock. The sighting arrangement consists of a top rib, suitable for fitting the Zoli quick mount, a fixed rear sight and a vertically adjustable blade fore sight. Both are equipped with fibre optic parts that make aiming particularly easy. The Focus range is available with either single trigger or double trigger with set front trigger and either normal or automatic extractor. Every gun can be fitted with a set of interchangeable shotgun or rifle-shotgun combination barrels. The stock is provided with a Bavarian cheek-piece and the checkering is hand cut.

Our new Z-Gun range proudly sets a new standard in terms of performance, reliability, comfort, ergonomics and style. It is with pride that we acknowledge the numerous competition victories attained from this range – they stand as testament to the dedication and passion that went into the production of each and every gun.

The entire Z-Gun range is fitted with a forged, stainless steel, monoblock action that makes it possible to encompass a Boss-type lock system and an easily extractable trigger group. The different stocks on offer are all easy to disassemble and interchangeable. But the real asset of this range, as with all Zoli guns, is to be uncovered in the barrels, all entirely silver soldered, affording a softer, more gradual recoil in spite of the extreme ballistic performance. The techniques we employ to make these barrels is the outcome of over 50-years of experience we have acquired thanks to our in-house production.

The Z-Sport model, pictured above, is dedicated to shooting sports. The engraving is clean and essential, decorated by an ornate border. The Z-Gun logo is featured in relief on a non-glare stipple top, on both action sides and back.

The barrels of the Z-Sport model are supplied with a tapered top rib, fully checkered, in keeping with classical tradition. Thanks to a choice of several barrel lengths and stock configurations, the Zoli Z-Sport is able to satisfy almost any specifications.

An extra set of interchangeable barrels is also available on request, as well as a choice between a frame finished in long-lasting, anti-corrosion silver or blued. The stocks are made from selected Turkish walnut wood, finely checkered and oil polished.

The Z-Sport model is available in 12 gauge with a choice of 28”, 30”, 32” or 34” barrels. Or in 20/28 gauge with a choice of 28”, 30” or 32” barrels.
