Shooting skills are important, but it’s imperative to learn and practice safety and responsibility in your hunting activities. Laser Shot Hunter Education Courseware is included with our systems because we are committed to educating and re-educating hunters of all ages and experience levels.

Laser Shot’s Hunting Simulator was designed with input from Hunter Safety Professionals from around the world. Students will experience the thrills of sporting firearms while at the same time receive instruction in safety, proper ethics, and the responsibilities of gun ownership.

Laser Shot’s Mobile Marksmanship Training Simulator (MMTS) is a multifunctional firearms simulator designed to address both basic and advanced firearms training requirements for both small arms and crew-served weapon systems with no contractor support required. Optional add-on modules of mission-specific training courseware or specialized weapon systems can elevate standard weapons training to address all individual and collective training requirements.

All critical system hardware (projector, laser hit detection camera, computers, speakers, and networking hardware) are mounted in fixed positions inside a rugged portable case for easy setup and operation. The operator station can be set up close or away from the MMTS to provide more room or discretion for the instructor. The MMTS is considered a plug-and-play solution that is designed specifically for the training needs of military and law enforcement professionals. The MMTS is designed to have the projector with hit detection camera placed on the floor. The operator station components can be positioned out of the way to allow shooters more floor space in front of the screen, while all components integrate within the MMTS as a single unit.

Courseware can be customized to meet specific training requirements with titles that specialize in individual marksmanship training, reflexive fire, use-of-force, immersive collective scenarios, mission rehearsal, and firearms skill building. The MMTS is scalable and training can be conducted in multiples of up to four lanes per screen and networked together for higher training throughput. Courseware replicates actual training and strictly adheres to qualification standards.

PSATS is a one-man portable and accessible, fully contained M-4 and M-9 firearms training simulator for units and individuals in any location wherever there is power. PSATS is designed to provide for your weapons simulation needs in a small package that is easily transportable by a single individual. PSATS includes the weapons, the system, the software, and the accessories. All the user needs to do is provide power, a small space, and shooters.

Laser Shot’s in-house team of firearm engineers has created simulated versions of countless small arms and are constantly adding more models to the available collection.

SIM Pistols: Designed by firearm engineers to replicate the form, fit, and function of prolific polymer-framed sidearms, Laser Shot’s line of simulated pistols instill unforgettable muscle memory into the user with their true-to-life trigger weight, take-up, and reset. These simulated firearms can be outfitted with the user’s choice of a visible laser for standard dry-fire training or an 850nm infrared laser for integration with Laser Shot virtual firearm training simulators.

Laser Shot understands that a good training tool requires more than realism and took the development of this product several steps further by receiving ATF Certification #3311/304559 "non-firearm" status for international (non-ITAR) shipping and answered the market's demand for a maintenance-free device by ensuring the simulated trigger will function flawlessly through trigger pulls numbering in the hundreds of thousands - if not millions.

SIM4: Built around a realistic resetting trigger mechanism and closely replicates the form, fit, and function of the real rifles, shotguns, and handguns used by the US military and allied armed forces. These training weapons are currently used by elite military and law enforcement units worldwide to instill unforgettable muscle memory during the simulations phase of their training regimens.

SIM870: The SIM870 is modeled after the iconic police shotgun and are ideal for virtual qualifications and drills.

The SIMrange™ simulates a traditional shooting range with the use of virtual targets. Laser Shot’s newest technology allows ultra-short  throw projectors with integrated hit detection cameras to be installed within 18” of the screen surface dramatically reducing the overall footprint required, allowing smaller rooms or spaces to now be converted in to virtual ranges for safe, effective training without the need for ballistic facilities or live weapons or ammunition.

The SIMrange™ is scalable and can be configured in multiples of three lanes per screen allowing for expansion to meet throughput requirements. Courseware will replicate actual training and qualification standards and built-in editors allow the end user to easily author their own content.

In the past, firearms simulators required installing an independent laser hit detection camera adjacent to the projector requiring careful positioning and calibration.  This task was performed every time a portable simulator was set up or moved. SIMrange™ solves that problem by integrating the laser hit detection camera inside the projector ensuring that it is always properly aligned and ready to go.
