The characteristic that makes Hasler bullets unique among other lead free products is the elaborate production process. The bullets are not cast but machined, and they are slightly under-calibrated. This results in minimized friction, with just the rings touching the lands and grooves of the barrel which reduces barrel staining and increases accuracy by better lead and higher muzzle velocity.
