3HGR Slings

Sometimes R&D is easy. The concept of 3HGR Akor was introduced to us by an experienced Finnish military firearms instructor. The mechanism itself worked perfectly right away and we only had to finish the design. As a result, we are presenting an excellent 2-point sling that works in all conditions. The 3HGR Akor is made of the same high-quality Finnish made PES-webbing as our other products and has a reduced IR-signature. The plastic parts are made in Finland with our own tools. The shoulder padding is covered with extremely durable Cordura fabric.  The use of 3HGR is simple. Both extending the length and tightening the sling can be done from the same tap, which can be easily found even in dark conditions and with gloves on.

We modified our AR-style sling to fit the needs of a driven hunt. The sling is attached to the side of the buttstock, which enables you to rest your rifle on your chest while you’re waiting for the game animal to come your way, and the shoulder padding provides extra comfort for your shoulder. Thanks to the additional sling length, the gun is instantly ready for shooting. It is also possible to quickly tighten the sling against your body if you need to keep your hands free in a hurry.

The 3HGR Light Harness is a natural evolution of the original product. The Light Harness has the same harness and safety sling features, in an even more compact package than the 3HGR. The Light Harness will keep the gun safely on your back, and makes carrying the gun a lot more comfortable.

We know a lot of hunters think you don’t need a sling on a shotgun. We also know that the same hunters sometimes wish they had a sling on their shotgun… 3HGR Shotgunner now provides the best of both worlds! The long distance between the sling attachment points on semi-automatic shotguns allowed us to design a tailor-made sling for this use.  When you don’t need the sling, it can be tightened against the stock. This is a very useful feature when hunting from a blind for example. The sling isn’t bugging your swing either. When you temporarily need to keep your hands free, you can deploy the sling in seconds by pulling downwards on the adjustment buckle.

The Original 3HGR is a versatile gun sling that makes carrying your rifle a lot more safe and comfortable.You can use it like a traditional gun sling or turn it into a carrying harness or safety sling in few seconds. The Original 3HGR can also be used as a gun rest.The 3HGR will enable you to use trees, poles, beams and other vertical objects for additional support. With the 3HGR it is possible to deliver an accurate shot from a variety of shooting positions, shoot upward or downward at steep angles, rapidly switch between targets and even shoot at moving targets.
