Double-Cylinder Compressor
Double-cylinder compressors are more efficient because they are bigger and the two cylinders work with each other in an alternating pumping action. Bigger means more powerful, allowing the machine to fill 6.8-liter tanks easily. But they are not portable like the mini compressor.
Our double-cylinder compressor is water-cooled. Water-cooled compressors reduce heat more efficiently than fan-driven air-cooled compressors. That means a shorter turn-around time. While ours can operate for longer periods of time and at shorter rest intervals, fan-cooled compressors must be shut down to cool, and the life limit of air-cooled compressors is lower due to higher operating temperatures over long-term use.
The main difference between our double-cylinder compressor and our competitors’ product is that ours is designed and manufactured for better performance. It is economical compared to other similar compressors in the industry, it’s efficient and it compresses air quickly, with a charging rate of two-and-a-half minutes for 500 milliliters at forty-five-hundred psi, which means it can fill a 6.8 liter tank in 30 minutes. It has a long motor life, is resistant to wear and tear, and the best part is that all of my claims are proven by testing.
