..... and in the beginning there was the hunting shirt
Skogen has its origins in the Swedish vocabulary and means something like woods.
Thus the name of the label was born, which was founded in 1990.

The basic idea was not only to provide hunters with suitable functional hunting clothing from Hubertus, but also to dress them appropriately for other hunting occasions.

Skogen therefore specialised in the beginning in hunting shirts for official needs, later also for functional needs.
Over the past 30 years, the range has expanded. Headwear, such as hunting hats, was added.

As the demand for workwear arose, we produce well-balanced work shirts under the labels EWO and CDM, which are now so sporty that they are also popular for outdoor wear in leisure time.

As a further and so far last mainstay of Skogen für Jagd und Freizeit GmbH, highly functional underwear from the Thermo Function label was added to the range.
