The barrels are made out of a chromium-molybdenum solid steel bar.
Once drilled, bored and rectified, they are inserted in the monoblock and welded using a silver alloy at medium temperature. The inner-side of the barrels is honed and chromed.
The integral action is forged from a block of chrome-nickel steel and accurately machined. After engraving, it undergoes a heat-treatment to achieve surface hardening.
Two lumps - accurately sized to ensure a perfect fit - secure the jointing of the barrels to the action. The double-locking system consists of an extremely strong sliding bolt that locks the barrels when inserted in the special slots on the lumps.
Our time-proven system of hooking the top of the hammer provides a cocking and firing mechanism which is absolutely safe against accidental firing.
The pistol-grip stock is in selected walnut.
It is available a version of this shotgun equipped with an inertia-block single-selective trigger (Falcon Mon.). The first shooting barrel is selected through the safety button. The movement of the block from one sear to the other takes place during the recoil of the shotgun.
Both Falcon and Falcon Mon. are available in the EA version, with Automatic Selective Ejectors.
