Our aiShell cases are waterproof and impact-resistant. There is no other case system in existence for the Apple iPad series that offers such a comprehensive range of expansion options.
Even in their simplest form, they are ideally suited for most users. Yet the aiShell is a solution with a system. With the right accessories, the cases can be adapted to practically any scenario for professional use. And if that doesn't meet your the requirements, we also produce custom versions made from special materials or with special features.
All cases in the aiShell series are waterproof and impact-resistant. Despite this, the iPad can still be inserted and removed again in only a matter of seconds. Virtually all functionality, such as buttons and cameras, can also be used from the outside. It is the only case system that allows charging even under water. Because of the back's ergonomic design, it can be held much more securely in the hand than other products.
On the back it is possible to attach a large variety of accessories in various positions – some simultaneously –such as hand straps or shoulder straps. This allows it to be specifically adapted to the needs of the individual user.
Of course, the camera is still usable through a window. The fold-out support means it can be placed in an ergonomic position for typing.
On the back, sealing plugs are fastened, which can replaced if necessary.
With the eight embedded nuts on the back, the aiShell case can be fastened directly anywhere. A better alternative, however, is the use of a RAM-202 module. This option allows direct compatibility with the successful RAM Mount system, with which one can mount the aiShell on practically anything, securely and permanently.
If you only want to mount your device for a short time, such as while motorcycling or sailing, then the use of the Quicksnapper is recommended. For professional use, however, the car cradle is the right choice.
To make the aiShell case suitable for professional use, a variety of options are available to make charging convenient, even in an enclosed case. For most users , simply charging the iPad inside the case using Apple's standard Lightning cable is usually sufficient. To do this, the supplied waterproof plug is simply opened, and the cable to charge the iPad plugged in.
For professional applications there are many more helpful solutions.
With special screws, the cases of the aiShell series can be protected against unauthorized opening. This means that the Apple iPad cannot be removed just by opening the clips.
If the RAM Mount system is used, the entire iPad can then also be mounted in such a way that it can be locked. We will be happy to advise you if you would like more information about this.
Logo prints & custom colors
aiShell cases are hand-crafted in Berlin. That’s why we are capable of producing custom colors and logo prints, even at low quantities (starting at 5 units).
The world's first thermal image helmet / head lamp. With this product, Andres Industries developed a completely new product group: a thermal imaging system that has all the possibilities of tactical helmet / headlamps:
1.spotlight white (60 Lumen 20°)
If the device is used as a headlamp, it is also worn as such. There is either a helmet holder for attachment to the helmet or an adapter to use the device on the GoPro headband.
Thermal imaging function:
To use the thermal imaging function, the TILO-3 is folded down and now works as a thermal imaging goggle. Despite the small size, the image and recognition quality by far surpasses other commercially available thermal imaging devices. A version with a thermal resolution of <40mK is available for authorities. This is comparable to the performance of a cooled thermal imaging device.
FOV: 25° H
Resolution: 329x240 pixel
Rate: 9Hz (hunters), 60Hz (authorities)
Weight: about 100g
Protection: IP868 (nitrogen filled)
Power: 1xCR123 and external possible
The lamp function can also be used during use as a thermal imaging device.
TIMRO-X is the first thermal imaging device that was designed from its inception as a 3-in-1 weapon sight, head-mounted and hand-held monocular and achieves the highest performance levels in each of these fields of application in comparison with other thermal imaging devices. This was made possible by the use of cutting-edge technology.
The high performance optronic lens guarantees a resolution of 640x480 and a 38 degree field of view. It not only has an image four times sharper than the best systems currently available on the market, but the TIMRO-X's electronic filter also allows very good orientation. Depending upon requirements, the user can focus on searching for people or alternatively on orientation in indoor environments with poor visibility.
Weight and strength:
Modern laser cusing methods have made it possible to use titanium to produce a very small, extremely lightweight and robust body. This means it can be used as a weapon-mounted thermal imaging aiming device.
However setting standards was not our only goal. We wanted to create a system that fits smoothly into the everyday life of the user.
TIMRO-X is ready for use within seconds. You just need to open the lens cover and it automatically switches on and is ready to be used as hand-held device.
Its weight and size mean that TIMRO-X is one of the lightest and smallest thermal imaging viewers on the market. All functions, such as zoom and filter settings, are of course available when using TIMRO-X as a viewer.
•extremely low weight and compact size. TIMRO-X is 7 cm long, up to 5 cm shorter than comparable devices. Its weight at 220g is some 100g less than many of the lightest residual light amplifiers on the market.
•large field of view (>38 ° diagonal )
•digital detail enhancement for better orientation in the field and in dark or smoke-filled interiors. This is particularly advantageous as detail enhancement allows the user to partially replace the functions of a night vision device, the technology allowing for an increase in contrast between objects of similar temperature.
•Use while attached to a helmet.
•Quick Snap System: It only takes seconds to fasten the night vision device to a helmet mount.
Even when TIMRO-X is worn as a viewer, it only takes seconds to detach it from the helmet and attach it to a MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny with its optional STANAG-mount. Within moments you have a thermal image sighting device.
•a choice of reticles.
•zoom up to 8x.
•target engagement from up to 200 m
TIMRO-X is equipped with video output and video input, allowing two TIMRO-Xs to be combined. Therefore one device can display images from the other.
The video output can also be connected to a commercially available recording device.
Special Forces in particular tend to use fewer standardized weapons. The database allows for settings for up to six weapons to be saved.
TIMRO-X works, of course, like all modern thermal imaging cameras with automatic filters which are perfectly adapted to any situation.
The TIMRO-X is protected against loss and misuse with a unique PIN code. It must be entered by the user for example after switching on the device 20 times.
At night it is important to have both eyes adapted to night vision. The TIMRO-X micro-display can be adjusted in 7 steps, down to a very low level of brightness, thus reducing dazzle.
A monochromatic red filter is also included, which can be moved in front of the ocular, providing additional dazzle prote
