The major peculiarity is a bifocal solution.  We managed to create and develop the optical scheme with two optical channels. An underlying principle is in using two channels separated by a beam-splitting cube. In other words, the image that is focused on to the beam-splitting cube by the objective is divided up into two images and the images passing through direct channel and erecting system form, behind the eyepiece, the image which a shooter sees. It is worth pointing out the following features:
  1. The shooter sees two clearly defined optical zones that permit the shooter to use both fields of view with different magnification simultaneously or, more precisely, to survey a large space around the target and at the same time to view a detected target in more detail with the second field of view without any changing of magnification.  In other words, it gives the opportunity for precise aiming preserving a wide field of view and you can correct impact point without changing magnification;
  2. The second feature is that the centre of the field of view around the target is magnified in 3.5 times;
  3. The third feature is that the same aiming mark is the same in both fields of view.
All these features are formed as what we called `the bifocal solution.`

But let`s back to other benefits of the optical sight. These are:
An illuminated reticle. It helps you aim in dull weather or in the twilight. The illuminated reticle is optically conjugated with the reticle applied on to the beam-splitting cube and the illuminated reticle is projected onto the main one.
The further benefit is a locking ring of an eyepiece and enclosed-type turrets. Obviously it is the design that helps you prevent settings failure of your optical sight.
The next feature is a ready-to-mount integrated bracket for Picatinny and Weaver rails as well as integrated Picatinny rail for mounting additional equipment.

All in all, the optical scheme in this optical sight is closely reflects how the eagle eye sees the world around. That is where we have taken the idea of the optical scheme.
