The new Cogswell & Harrison “Certus” rimfire bolt action rifle is the most exciting gun to grace the market in recent years. The Certus is available in two calibers, .22LR with a 16’’ rate of twist and .17HMR with 9’’ rate of twist.
Its walnut oiled stock is appealing to the concerned shooters eye with tasteful checking on pistol grip and forearm. There are two studs on the base of the stock to enable the attachment of a Bipod and/or a Sling. The heel of the pistol grip has the renowned C&H logo. A rubber recoil pad with the Cogswell-man discreetly embossed is tastefully fitted. This gives the rifle a distinctive individuality.
The action is blued and has a 20’’ barrel with ½ ‘’ UNF muzzle threading. The receiver is grooved to accommodate standard rimfire dovetail mounts. It comes with a standard 5 round magazine but a 10 round magazine is available as an optional extra. The trigger has an adjustable pull setting.
