|  | Admission to IWA & OutdoorClassics is restricted exclusively to trade visitors. This is the only way we can ensure the event’s competence as world-leading exhibition, the quality of the products and services offered and the success of your visit. You must therefore prove your eligibility as a trade visitor when purchasing your entrance ticket.
1. Who is eligible as a trade visitor at IWA & OutdoorClassics 2009? Persons employed in the following sectors:
- Guns, gun components and machining
- Archery
- Ammunition and reloading
- Optics
- Knives
- Clothing
- Gifts
- General outdoor articles
- Shooting sports accessories
- Hunting accessories
- Law enforcement equipment
- Police authorities
- Armed forces
- Bodyguards
- Security services
- Personal security requisites
- Forestry authorities
- Trade information / publishers
The following are not admitted: Private visitors, hunters, sports shooters, members of hunting and sports shooting clubs and all persons not employed in the sectors listed above.
2. What documents are required as proof of eligibility?
- Business registration document which clearly indicates that the company trades in goods exhibited at IWA & OutdoorClassics.
- Extract from the commercial register which clearly indicates that the company trades in goods exhibited at IWA & OutdoorClassics.
- Licence to sell guns (not a gun licence!)
- Recent supplier invoices which clearly indicate that the company trades in goods exhibited at IWA & OutdoorClassics.
- Employees can prove their eligibility with written confirmation from their employer on letterheaded paper stating that they are to visit the exhibition on behalf of the company.
- Personal written invitation from an exhibiting company.
- Official pass issued by an official agency entitled to admission.
- Admission vouchers are not valid as proof of entitlement to admission! One of the documents stated above must be provided as proof of eligibility.
Note: Business cards are not acceptable as proof of eligibility!
3. Where can you register and prove your eligibility? The easy way: Use the online ticket shop Use the online ticket shop to conveniently register yourself and your employees/colleagues before IWA & OutdoorClassics. The ticket shop goes online at the beginning of January 2009. Ticket office Last-minute visitors can register and prove their eligibility on arrival at the exhibition. Please allow time for queuing at the ticket office.
