Please note: Persons under the age of 18 and private individuals will not be admitted. (Exception: 16–18-year-olds with a valid training contract in a relevant industry and accompanied by an adult.)

IWA OutdoorClassics is a dedicated exhibition for professionals from the target groups listed above who are commercially active in the manufacture or distribution of products and services related to hunting, shooting sports, outdoor activities, and civilian security. One of the documents listed below is sufficient, provided it clearly demonstrates both industry relevance and personal affiliation.

Admission to the exhibition grounds is only permitted with a valid IWA OutdoorClassics ticket in combination with an official photo ID (e.g. national ID card or passport).

Retail trade, wholesale and online shops, gunsmiths, distributors, buyers, manufacturers, operators of shooting facilities, as well as security services and companies in the private security sector (1–6):

  • For owners/managing directors: Business license / commercial register excerpt / purchase order / delivery confirmations (not older than 6 years) / business card
  • For employees: Employment contract / payslip / business card; confidential information may be redacted. Alternatively, a confirmation of employment containing the following details:
    • Official company letterhead or company stamp
    • Your full name and professional role
    • Signature of the employer or supervisor
  • Special requirement for operators of shooting facilities: Valid official documentation, e.g. permit to operate a shooting range (airsoft/paintball fields and shooting facilities). The name on this document must match the ticket registration. For natural persons, the full first and last name is required; for legal entities, both the organization name and the responsible individual must be clearly identifiable.

 

Suppliers and service providers (categories 7–8):

  • A personal admission letter from an exhibitor (E-code is not considered valid proof), containing the following information:
    • Official letterhead or company stamp of the exhibitor and your company website
    • Your full name and professional role
    • Description of the business relationship with the exhibitor
  • Proof of assignment (with industry relevance), such as a purchase order or delivery confirmation (not older than 6 years)

Presidents and board members of industry associations (category 9):
Excerpt from the official register, or alternatively a website that clearly indicates the person’s role and function within the organization.

National and international authorities (category 10):
Valid employee or service ID: Service ID issued by a relevant authority, or a personal admission letter from an exhibitor (see section: suppliers and service providers)

Educational institutions, teaching and research (category 11):
A personal confirmation letter from the respective institution must include the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Your professional role or training status
  • Proof of industry relevance or reason for attending
  • Official letterhead of the institution

Special note: Trainees aged 16 to 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Visitors under the age of 16 are not permitted to attend.

For media representatives and content creators (category 12):
Media representatives and content creators can apply for accreditation separately. All information regarding online accreditation is available at the following link: www.iwa.info/en/press/accreditation

Exhibitors of Enforce Tac:

1. Online registration:

  • For owners/managing directors: Trade license / commercial register excerpt / purchase order / delivery confirmations (not older than 6 years) / business card

Prospective exhibitors who wish to visit IWA with the intention of participating in future editions can contact the IWA OutdoorClassics team directly.

To be admitted as a trade visitor, you must provide proof of your industry affiliation based on the documents listed above. There are two options for submitting this documentation:

1. During online registration (recommended)
Upload your proof during the online registration process in the TicketShop. The document will be reviewed in advance, giving you certainty about your admission and saving time on site.

2. On site
Bring all required documents (for each individual) with you. These will be checked by the ticketing staff. Please note: If documents are incomplete or insufficient, we will not be able to grant access due to our security policy.
