Closing report: Sector’s international highlight still growing
IWA & OutdoorClassics, which takes place annually in the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg, constantly shows its potential anew even after almost four decades. With 1,166 exhibitors (2010: 1,141) in seven full exhibition halls and 35,220 trade visitors (2010: 32,214), the 38th edition from 11–14 March 2011 set new records for the key figures and confirmed its worldwide reputation as the international meeting place for guns for hunting, shooting sports and official agencies, outdoor activities and security equipment.
