IWA & OutdoorClassics was impressive again in every respect. At the 38th event from 11–14 March 2011, 1,166 exhibitors (2010: 1,141) showed a broad spectrum of products and services in seven fully booked exhibition halls. Three-quarters of the exhibitors came to Nürnberg from abroad. IWA & OutdoorClassics 2011 also set a new record for visitors: 35.220 trade visitors (2010: 32,214), more than 60 percent of them from over 100 countries throughout the world, used the opportunity to cultivate existing business connections and make new ones.

Eligibility of trade visitors:
	Entrance tickets for IWA & OutdoorClassics are issued only to visitors from relevant supply trade firms, official agencies and security companies. Proof of the right to admission must be provided first. Employees from official agencies require confirmation from their department. Admission for trade visitors only. Children and young people under 18 years of age are not admitted to the exhibition. Admission may be granted to a person above the age of 16 years in exceptional justified cases.
