Important information on stand construction

Assembly:

6 March 2012 (Tuesday)	24 hours a day
7 March 2012 (Wednesday)	24 hours a day
8 March 2012 (Thursday)	midnight – 8 p.m.

Exhibition stands for which assembly has not commenced by 3 p.m. on Thursday, 10 March 2011, will be decorated by the organizer, if they cannot be otherwise disposed of. Costs incurred will be charged to the exhibitor.

Dismantling:

12 March 2012 (Monday)	4 p.m. – midnight
13 March 2012 (Tuesday)	24 hours a day

Advanced assembly

Upon request, advanced assembly can be approved for IWA & OutdoorClassics :

• in halls 1, 2, 4, 4A and 5 from 4.3.2012
• in hall 1 from 29.2.2012

Please note that early assembly is not possible in halls 6 and 7A.

Approval

An appropriate written application must to be submitted to the exhibition management.

Costs

A fixed charge of EUR 150/day will be charged to the exhibitor or stand construction company for the provision of facilities and operational costs.
