Exhibition stands for which assembly has not commenced by 3 p.m. on Thursday, 11 March 2010, will be decorated by the organizer, if they cannot be otherwise disposed of. Costs incurred will be charged to the exhibitor.
Dismantling:
Mon 15 March 2010
4 p.m. – 12 midnight
Tue 16 March 2010
24 hours
Access to the halls during assembly and dismantling times is only permitted on display of special passes, which are not valid during the exhibition.
Please note that early assembly is not possible in halls 4, 4A, 5 and 6 for IWA & OutdoorClassics 2010. In individual cases NürnbergMesse may permit extended assembly times in halls 1, 2 and 3. An appropriate written application is to be submitted to the exhibition management in good time. A fixed charge of EUR 150/day will be charged to the exhibitor or stand construction company for the provision of facilities and operational costs.
